Virgo season is upon us, the fall is here and September has started! Omy how we love this season, getting back into routine, getting work done and getting self care done. But to do all that we need to organise, let go of things and thoughts to expand and elevate. We love the delicate balance between structure and kaos, but after summer we all need to be heavy on the structural side and let the kaos slip in later.

This month we are focusing on ORGANIZING and what that means. We talk about the energy it moves when we let go of things and to do´s we dont need or love anymore. We think about how we can use this energy to fuel us to plan our days better. And we think about our wellness plan and how that is of the upmost priority.

Getting Your Life Organized

Here are a few tips of getting ourselves back on track after the summer and really getting an overlook of our lives and schedual

· Write Everything Down on a Journal

The first and the most crucial tip that we can share with you after nerding out in productivity and how to´s on getting your life more organized, is to create and maintain a journal. The memory of an average human being is limited. We come across so much information on a day-to-day basis that we tend to forget some extremely important information, which might include your weekly schedule or to-do list. The point is, you can’t rely solely on your memory to keep track of your schedule. In order to overcome this challenge, write down everything that you have planned for the week, ranging from important trips to the bank to appointments with your clients.

· Make a Proper Calendar

Merely writing everything down that you have to accomplish is a lot different than creating a proper calendar. You have to be deadline-oriented with everything that you do, be it related to your personal life or business. This will not only help you in becoming more disciplined, but will also enable you to prioritize tasks, identify the things that require your immediate attention, and allocate your efforts in the most efficient way possible. So put deadlines on small and big things to really get things done.

· Plan for Everything

We have already established the fact that in order for someone to succeed, they need to plan ahead. But, is planning for a single outcome enough? Most of the times, it is. But life is an extremely complicated experience. You can’t control the outcomes all the time. What you can do, however, is to make emergency plan Bs, Cs, Ds, and so on when this is needed, in case things don’t work out the way that you initially thought they would. This is called a proactive approach, it enables you to respond effectively to future outcomes in a timely manner.

Also we noticed that our most inspiring entrepreneurs and power ladies we follow, plan out every minute of their day, like down to what lunch they are going to pick up and how much time that takes! We think that is interesting and worth the try this fall to really plan out our days to really get the most done, and then schedual in some chill time aswell!

· Leave No Room for Procrastination

Procrastination is like a disease. It eats on productivity and pushes us off our paths to success. You can’t hope to manifest more and achieve all of your goals by putting off tasks and missing your deadlines. To tackle procrastination, you can do the following:

  • Repeat positive affirmations. They have the power to move mountains! For procrastination, you can say something along the lines of,  “I got this, I will not procrastinate anything today” or ” I am fully capable of this”
  • Reward yourself on accomplishing major tasks. It can be anything that you look forward to every week, like watching a movie with a loved one, having a favourite meal, etc.
  • Reboot your brain. Wash your face, go out for a walk, do anything that gets you back in the zone when you feel the fog procrastination coming closer.

· Set Some Quality Time Aside for YOU

After the summer and being with family and friends we sometimes need to reboot our selfcare practices to keep ourselves energised. If we are not ok, nothing is ok. So we are the priority. What makes you feel good? is it a bath at night or that cup of tea? Is it meditating daily (join self mastery, starting september 7th!), is it a call with your friend? Is it taking your vitamins? Is it all the above? What habits and rituals do you need to RE-incorparate this fall?

We hope your are as excited as we are for this season and use the practices, talks and interviews to get inspired.

xoxo

Organize Talk

A little intro with Eva & Dagný on this months theme. What do we need this fall, what is our vision and how can we make our lives more juicy.

Beaming to the future meditation

We love this meditation for the fall, putting everything done to zero and than beaming our vision. After clearing the mind of other distracting thoughts and attachments, it has tremendous capacity and creativity when focused and beaming. Use that beaming faculty. Become still and project the mind to create your future and your relationship to the world. The best way to practice this is on an empty stomach with only liquids taken during the day.

Yang yoga flow

We wanted to give you a short and not so sweet yoga flow that is grounding and a little challenging to get us into shape this fall. ENJOY IT!

Conversation with Sigurlaug Elín

We got the lovely Sigurlaug Elín, Self Mastery graduate and creator of HVER HLUTUR organisation service for individuals and companies in Iceland to talk to us about minimalism, organizing and the spiritual release that entails. You truly feel better when you simplify and organize! We were so inspired by her and TRULY recommend her services! Ahh such a gem this one.  Follow her INSTAGRAM
