RVK RITUAL HAPPY HOUR: An in person private event called “happy hour” for private groups for an hour of wellness. In the class we teach tools to increase happiness and wellbeing including powerful breath work to uplift, meditation to calm, gong bath to relax & soft yogic movement soften. All in one hour.
FOR WHO: Perfect for brand events, company groups, friend groups, birthday celebrations, Hen parties & more.
LOCATION: We choose the location based on the event and the size & needs of the group, we work with a few studios and spas in the Reykjavik area.

ONLINE & IN PERSON COMPANY WELLNESS:
Employers are now understanding the value of having a wellness program for their employees that increased productivity and decreases burnout and stress and the strain on the body it is to sit all day.
IN-PERSON LECTURE: We offer 1hour lecture called “5 pillars of Wellness” in Icelandic or English that can serve different groups and teams within different industries. In the lecture we explain and give tools to your employees that help prevent burn-out and increase ambition, energy and focus. We come to your workplace with this lecture or do it online.
ONLINE: We can design, a meditation challenge or a longterm wellness program with monthly videos, workbooks with meditations teaching, office yoga, lecture and more. We offer a curated wellness program for your staff in video form and in written text and workbooks. We teach in that program yoga, meditation, breath work, holistic health and more tools to prevent burnout, fatigue, stress, anxiety and increase happiness and wellbeing.
