Dr. Hanna Lilja Oddgeirsdóttir, founder of @gynamedica , gave an inspiring talk on the rhythm of the female cycle. @dagnyberglind rvk ritual co-founder then guided a soft yoga flow, breathwork and deep gong relaxation to combat stress and increase balance. Nutritionist Freydís Guðný Hjálmarsdóttir shared key insights on how women can support their hormones through nutrition and @eyfjord closed the evening with her beautiful music.
