VOL 4 - YIN/YANG

Hi dear ones.

We hope you are motivated to make this year a great one for you personally. After being in vision mode it is crucial to explore the yin and the yang, and especially the masculine and the feminine to make the things in your vision happen. We are constantly exploring these energies within us. As understanding the energetics of the balance between the masculine and the feminine is key to manifesting what you want. We love the meaning of the yin yang symbol. The meaning that the universe is governed by a cosmic duality, sets of two opposing and complementing principles that can be observed in nature.

This balance of yin and yang is perceived to exist in everything. The yin-yang philosophy says that the universe is composed of competing and complementary forces of dark and light, sun and moon, male and female, day and night, inhale and exhale. There are binaries that exist in nature. They are each essential and fundamental for the existence of the other. There is no daytime without the nighttime. There is no exhalation of breath without the inhalation of breath.

Generally speaking, yin is characterised as an inward energy that is feminine, still, dark, and negative. On the other hand, yang is characterised as outward energy, masculine, hot, bright, and positive. Yin and yang elements come in pairs—such as the moon and the sun, female and male, dark and bright, cold and hot, passive and active, and so on—but note that yin and yang are not static or mutually exclusive terms. While the world is composed of many different, sometimes opposing, forces, these can coexist and complement each other. Sometimes, forces opposite in nature even rely on one another to exist. The nature of yin-yang lies in the interchange and interplay of the two components. The alternation of day and night is just such an example: there cannot be a shadow without light. The balance of yin and yang is important. If yin is stronger, yang will be weaker, and vice versa. Yin and yang can interchange under certain conditions so that they are usually not yin and yang alone.Energy, or prana, is the life force within you. Energy is an element of the subtle body (remember the 10 bodies). It is beneath the physical body. The physical body is the first layer of consciousness, which consists of your muscles, bones, connective tissue, organs, fat, and skin. The second layer within you consists of the elements that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Breath and prana are part of this layer. All energy manifests as emotions and disease in the body.

Energy also manifests as your aura and your vibe, or that feeling people pick up on when you walk into a room. Your energy vibe comes from what is within you.

The Yin and the Yang, The light and the shadow. So when we talk about the yin and yang energies within us, or the feminine and the masculine, remember that both energies are beyond gender. We all have masculine and feminine energy in our energy bodies. Both male and female can tap into both essences. Despite the efforts and positive effects of feminism and campaigns for social justice, equal valuing of the significant contributions of both masculine and feminine energy is not yet a reality. Balancing both within you is necessary. Find the qualities that resonate with your essence and experiences aside from society’s expectations. Insisting on the polarity between masculine and feminine energies within men and women, correspondingly, limits people from living the full range of a human experience with freedom.

So, explore these energies within you and how you can balance them better.
