Radiance truly starts within. This simple 8 minute mantra meditation with binaural beats to calm the nervous system. Perfect to do before or after putting on the Balm.
The mantra keeps the mind focused is OM NAMAH SHIVAYA and translates to Calling in your highest self.
THE RITUAL
- Open the box and take out the jar
- Use a spoon (recommended) or your fingers and rub the cream on the desired area.
- Use on any part of the body that needs softness & a healing touch.
- Breath deep to calm the nervous system: Inhaling for 4, holding for 4, exhaling for 8
- Repeat as long as you are applying the cream
