Welcome to the SELF LOVE workshop. This is the first mini workshops of many where we go deeper into a topic we feel is important for self development, wellness or radiance. In this workshop we will go over the five pillars of self love and what it means to practice true self love.

JOURNAL: Strenghts, flaws, shadow, WHO AM I?
3. SELF COMPASSION
JOURNAL: How do I react when I make a mistake? What do I think and do? Is this a fair and self compassionate response?
4. SELF WORTH
Journal: Look back on the last 5 years. How have you grown and where can you be proud of yourself?
5. SELF RESPECT
Journal: How do you like taking care of yourself? What makes you feel good?
