The Radiant Woman is a deeply nourishing and feminine experience, designed to restore your natural energy, beauty and balance. In this private group session, we guide participants through a carefully curated blend of nervous system care, somatic practices, and holistic beauty rituals to unlock radiance from within.
Led by rvk ritual founders Dagný and/or Eva, this signature class includes breathwork, soft yoga-inspired movement, meditation, energy balancing, and deep relaxation — as well as teachings on facial massage, gua sha, natural skincare and nervous system regulation.
The Radiant Woman is perfect for intimate groups, retreats, corporate wellness days, brand events or private celebrations that wish to include a deeply feminine, grounding and uplifting wellness experience.
THE RVK RITUAL HAPPY HOUR
A private wellness session for groups of all ages and genders — one hour of pure restoration.
This signature Rvk Ritual experience combines powerful breathwork to energize, calming meditation, deeply relaxing gong bath or soundhealing, and gentle yogic movement to soften and ground, all within a one-hour session. This session spoiles all the senses and leaves participants relaxed and joyful

MEET YOUR GUIDES
Our private wellness experiences are led by Dagný and Eva, co-creators of RVK Ritual, who bring years of expertise in holistic wellbeing, beauty, and nervous system care.
Dagný is an experienced yoga teacher, meditation guide, and breathwork expert. Her teaching is rooted in nervous system regulation, embodiment, and the art of creating space for balance and radiance. With a background in business, coaching, and wellness, she weaves ancient practices into a modern lifestyle approach that supports both inner peace and outer glow.
Eva is a certified gua sha and face massage facialist, yoga teacher, and formulator for RVK Ritual’s skincare line. With deep knowledge of facial anatomy, lymphatic care, and holistic beauty, Eva’s teachings combine science and ritual, offering powerful tools for natural beauty, stress relief, and self-care.
Together, we offer a unique blend of inner and outer wellness, combining movement, breath, meditation, facial massage, and mindful beauty practices to create fully customized, high-end wellness experiences for private groups.
