"I am a sucker for a good banana bread and my kids love it! I have been perfecting this recipe for years now and it is gluten free and I only use date syrop to sweeten it a bit. Its so simple and keeps the home smelling amazing on a sunday morning."

Dagný´s Banana Bread
1 cup almond flour
1 cup oat flour (I use organic oats and make them into flour in the vitamix)
1 tsp baking soda
Generious pinch of sea salt
Some cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut sugar / date sirop (or sweetner of choice)

1/4 cup coconut oil/olive oil (I melt the coconut oil)
2-4 ripe bananas
2 eggs (organic prefferably)
chopped walnuts (optional)

Mix it all up, pour in a loaf pan (remember to but oil or butter in the pan)
Sprinkle a litte salt and coconut sugar on top

Bake for an hour on 180 degrees C

Let it stand for a bit after baking and then enjoy!
