On June 21st 2023 we are facilitating a celebration of summer, the longest day of the year! We are going to honour the light within with a 2 hour event in our studio at Seljavegur 2, in Reykjavik <3
The Summer solstice represents the transition from action to nourishment, which is exactly what the Sun gives us during the long nights of summer, both to our actual crops but also to the continual journey we travel from darkness to light. Summer reminds us that there is hope in the world, that the light within can spread far and wide and inspire others.
SUMMER SOLSTICE EVENT – BY RVK RITUAL
We are going to celebrate the sun, move energy in the body with ritual method yoga, meditation, breathwork and deep relaxation with the healing sounds of the gong. Let´s come together as a community and celebrate together on this powerful day.

BRING: just yourself and wear comfortable clothes
INCLUDED: A warm cup of tea from Tefélagið, the refreshing summer drink MIST & venus snacks
We have yogamats, pillows, blankets and everything needed at the studio

a refund is not available, but you can use the payment as a credit. Refunds or credit cannot be made after the course/event has started.
